  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and must not have been previously assembled. Returns will not be accepted for mattresses once the packaging has been opened due to hygienic reasons.
  2. Money-Back Guarantee: We proudly stand behind the quality and workmanship of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on all Cloud Comfort products purchased from www.cloudcomfort.ca.
  3. Refund Process: Refunds will be issued excluding any original shipping and handling charges, as well as any costs associated with return shipping. Please note that refunds will only be made to the original credit card used for the purchase of the returned product.
  4. Damaged Products: We apologize if you have received items that may have been damaged during transit.
