Local GTA delivery
We deliver across Toronto and the GTA between 5 PM and 10 PM, with arrangements confirmed before arrival. Free standard delivery covers ground-floor drop-off at eligible addresses.

Upstairs / inside-home delivery
Need it brought upstairs or inside? Optional upstairs or inside-home delivery is available for an additional $20–$40, depending on order size and delivery requirements. Please tell us about stairs or special access before delivery.

Same-day delivery
In-stock orders placed before 12 PM ET may qualify for same-day local delivery.

Warehouse pickup

Outside the GTA

Returns

15-day returns
Items in original packaging and unassembled can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase. Mattresses can't be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. Refunds go to your original payment card, minus shipping charges.
